The company is an entity that is engaged in the construction, operation and maintenance of the toll motorway from Bilbao to Zaragoza. It was established and incorporated in 1973 and conducts its business from its registered head office strategically located in Orozko, Spain. The company is also involved in operation of service areas, landscaping, motorist assistance, and other related services. It invests in infrastructure contracts, mainly for toll motorways in Spain and abroad. It also focuses in residential products, technical development, tender and adjudication of works. Its services include facilities management, water treatment and energy efficiency projects. The company is jointly owned and controlled by Avasacyr S.L. and Iberpistas, Sociedad Anonima, Concesionaria Del Estado.
